Fitness and boxing training is suitable for everyone. We aim to provide a unique and enjoyable training session with a brilliant atmosphere. Suitable for all clientel, whether for boxing, pure fitness training, weight-loss or just to get in shape. From the Office worker, manual worker, house husband/wife, Male or female - we can devise a training session for you. No experience necessary. No fitness needed, men and women welcome
